History of Sleeptek

In 1987 Sleeptek was founded by Jean Corriveau in Ottawa Ontario. Jean was a part of the conventional mattress industry for more than 10 years before he started Sleeptek. Jean realized the products that were made in the conventional mattresses were not conducive to good sleep and saw the value of sleeping on natural materials. Sleeptek was one of the first contributors to natural sleep in North America and continues to be a big part of the industry today. Sleeptek is and always has been committed to using the best raw materials and the highest level of craftsmanship they can without compromise.
