When applicable, free shipping is only valid on products shipped within the continental US. All products ship via our choice of UPS, FedEx, USPS or freight company. Alaska and Hawaii will require an extra shipping charge. If you need your item(s) sooner, expedited shipping may be available, contact us for more information. In stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Some exceptions may apply. Items that are not kept in stock at The Natural Sleep Store often ship directly from the manufacturer. We pay shipping on all products (via UPS ground, FedEx and/or freight company) to the continental USA up to $350. Shipping within the US is most often under $350 unless you live on an island, a remote area, or inner city area that freight companies charge extra fees to deliver to. If shipping is over $350, you will be responsible to pay the difference in actual shipping rates.
Please note, comfort preferences and material sensitivities or sensitivities to odor are not considered product defects. Please contact us for test materials if you have sensitivities.
On the natural latex mattresses, there is a 90 day trial period.
90 Day Latex Exchanges: The manufacturer, Savvy Rest, Inc., allows you 90 days from the delivery date of your mattress to exchange individual pieces of latex for pieces of latex of a different firmness level. Your obligation is to cover the cost of shipping to and from the manufacturer. If you do not return the unwanted piece of latex, you will be charged the full layer amount.
There is no exchange policy available for the Pastoral or Savvy Rest furniture including bed frames and sofas.
Returns: We cannot accept returns on mattresses, bed frames, or sofas.
Bella Sera Organics:
60 Day Comfort Guarantee: With the purchase of a Bella Sera mattress, you may choose to receive one free comfort guarantee latex layer within 60 days of receipt (available for Dunlop layers only, we can not offer a free latex layer in Talalay latex). If you need more than one layer, or if you need a layer past 60 days, you would be responsible for paying the comfort guarantee price.
90 Day Comfort Guarantee: For up to 90 days after delivery, you can purchase up to one new layer of latex to replace and change the firmness of your current latex layers. Please contact customer service for more information and pricing.
Returns: If, within 60 days of receipt, you want to return the mattress, you may do so. You would be responsible to return the mattress to us, at an address that we specify (the return address may differ from our store address). We suggest that you keep the packaging that the mattress is delivered in. The mattress must be in “like-new” condition without soils or stains. After we inspect the mattress, we will refund your purchase price minus a 10% return fee. If, instead, you want store credit, the return fee will be waived and you can receive the entire amount in store credit.
Harvest Green Mattresses and Toppers:
Your 100 night trial period begins on the date that your mattress is delivered. It often takes a few weeks for one’s body to adjust to a new sleeping surface, so we ask that you try it for at least 30 days. Between 30 and 100 days, you are welcome to return the mattress to us for a full refund. The mattress must be in “like-new” condition with no stains, tears, odors or soiling. You would be responsible to return the mattress to us, at an address that we specify (the return address may differ from our store address). After we inspect the mattress, we will refund your purchase price.
Comfort guarantee: With the purchase of a Rossa and Duo you have 90 days to receive a new full, or two half layers to adjust your comfort at no cost. You are responsible for returning the layer you currently have or you will be charged for it.
Exchanges: With the purchase of a Terrene, you have 90 days to exchange the mattress for another OMI mattress at no cost, unless the price of the mattress you are exchanging for is more expensive, you would need to pay the difference in cost. If the mattress is less expensive, you do not receive a refund for the difference in cost.
Returns: We cannot accept returns on these mattresses.
Exchanges: On our natural rubber mattresses by Green Sleep, you may change firmness levels by purchasing a new plate at current pricing. Please call for current pricing info. This comfort exchange must occur within 90 days after delivery.
Returns: We cannot accept returns on these mattresses.
All other mattresses:
Exchanges: You have 30 days to request a one-time exchange for another mattress or mattress topper. You will be required to pay a 25% exchange fee for the returned mattress or mattress topper, return shipping costs of the mattress you are exchanging, and actual shipping cost of the new mattress. If the price of the new mattress is more, you will be required to pay the difference.
Returns: We cannot accept returns on mattresses or mattress toppers.
Returns on all other items:
- We cannot accept returns on sofas.
- We cannot accept returns on carpeting.
- We cannot accept returns on any used products.
- On bed frames, bedding and baby items that are unused and unopened, we can accept returns within 30 days from when you received the product. Once we have received the item, we will refund you the cost of the product. Shipping is not refundable.
- On any opened and unused items, we will accept returns within 30 days from when you received the product for in store credit only. Item must be in original packaging and in brand new condition. Shipping is not refundable.
If you do need to make a return, please contact us first for a return authorization and a shipping address (the address the item shipped from may not be the same address you will ship a return to). We suggest that you ship via a method that has tracking info and/or delivery confirmation.
If there is a defect in any product, you will receive an exchange ONLY if the manufacturer determines there is a defect. Please contact us immediately if there is any problem. Comfort preferences and material sensitivities are NOT considered defects, and the manufacturer will not grant an exchange. Please contact us for test materials if you are environmental or odor sensitive.
Sometimes our products ship directly from the manufacturer (e.g. mattresses). If this is the case, we provide the manufacturer with your name and shipping address. Aside from this, we will not share or sell your information with anyone.
