Savvy Rest Serenity Spring Organic Pocket Coil Mattress

The Savvy Rest SerenitySpring mattress is made from an 8″ steel pocketed coil unit topped with a 3″ layer of GOLS certified organic dunlop latex. This mattress is designed to be both comfortable and durable. Savvy Rest set out to create a more affordable organic mattress option without sacrificing the benefits of customization. What sets this mattress apart from other pocketed coil mattresses is that you can customize the firmness level of each layer!  You can choose between Soft, Medium, and Firm layers of Dunlop latex and you can choose between Plush and Firm pocketed coil units.  Individual left and right firmness configurations are available for both the latex and pocketed coil units in Queen, King and California King sizes.  The SerenitySpring is finished with a certified organic mattress casing, made by quilting Savvy Rest’s signature organic cotton fabric to organic wool batting, creating a mattress with a natural flame barrier that promotes a cool sleep.

There are three firmness options: soft, medium, and firm. If you do not want your latex split between each side of the mattress, please just choose “Soft”, “Medium”, or “Firm”. If you would like your firmness level split between sides, please choose, for example “Soft/Medium” for soft on one side and medium on the other. If you would like the same firmness level on each side and you would like the layer split, please choose, for example, “Medium/Medium” (please note, we cannot split latex on Twin, Twin XL or Full mattresses).

GOLS Certified Organic Latex

True natural latex, without synthetic latex or fillers blended in, is simply natural foam rubber.

Savvy Rest’s Dunlop latex is certified organic in two ways. The rubber tree plantations are certified organic according to USDA standards, and its processing is certified organic to the Global Organic Latex Standard (GOLS).

Certified organic wool

You’ll never find chemical flame retardants in Savvy Rest’s organic mattresses. Instead they use GOTS-certified organic wool batting as a natural flame barrier. Wool also regulates temperature by promoting airflow, so it will not cause you to feel overheated at night.

Certified organic cotton

Savvy Rest stays away from cotton treated with pesticides since they are harmful to our bodies and our planet. Their mattress casings are made of unbleached, GOTS-certified organic cotton. When you see that GOTS logo, it means that material and the overall product has met the most rigorous organic standard worldwide.

Individually-encased (“pocketed”) springs

Made out of recycled steel, the coils in our SerenitySpring mattress contour to your body’s curves and offer responsive support with a touch of gentle bounce. These cushioning springs are excellent at pressure point relief and are also incredibly breathable, giving you cool comfort you’ll love.

Coils are available in both Plush and Firm densities.

What do you place a SerenitySpring on?

The Savvy Rest SerenitySpring works well with a Savvy Rest foundation or on a platform bed with slat spacing 2″ or less. If you have a platform bed frame that has slat spacing greater than 2″ you can supplement it with a Savvy Rest Bed Rug.
