Natural Child's First Pillow by Holy Lamb Organics

Soft and cuddly Happy Lamb fleece, just the right size for the little ones. This is the perfect first pillow for a toddler. Good neck support is important for developing spines, so we give this pillow minimal light fill, ensuring your youngster will experience proper body alignment while sleeping.

Filled with domestically sourced Premium Eco Wool, this pillow is made with our cozy soft Happy Lamb Fleece on the top side and our wool moisture barrier on the back.

This product efficiently utilizes materials left over from the production of our larger items, in keeping with our zero-waste philosophy.

If you'd like to add a cover, our Snuggle/Travel Pillow Case, though a bit over-sized, will work well.

This product ships in a sturdy cardboard box secured with paper tape. We don't use plastic wrap or synthetic packing materials in the box.

This pillow is made using our 100% wool moisture barrier fabric and Happy Lamb Fleece for the encasement, and filled with our Premium Eco Wool. Happy Lamb Fleece is sewn onto an Organic Cotton backing. 

We only use organic cotton, natural and organic wool, or all-natural latex. Everything that goes in to making every Holy Lamb product comes to us from nature. You won't find synthetic materials or chemical additives in anything we create.

Our cotton is grown in India, then milled and finished in a GOTS-certified facility in Pakistan. Never bleached or dyed, our fabric is naturally soft and durable - And it's all certified 100% organic.

We offer a pristine natural wool sourced from a co-op of small sheep farmers in the western US, and a GOTS-certified organic option from New Zealand. None of our wool is ever carbonized or bleached, and sheep dipping is never practiced.

Sunning your pillow periodically will keep it refreshed and revitalize the wool. Spot clean only. Separate cases can be machine washed in cold water and line dry or tumble dry low.

The scent of wool - Our wool, both natural and organic, is cleaned and processed naturally without the use of harsh chemicals. That's why you may notice the mild sweet scent of sunny farm pastures when you receive your new wool product. The wool retains 1% of the naturally occurring lanolin oil, which helps condition the fibers and keep them fluffy and soft for years to come. Most customers find the scent dissipates within a few days.

There is a natural compression of the wool during the first few weeks of use. This is due to the felting process of the wool and will settle after the initial break-in period.
