Sleep and Beyond Return Policy

• Products are returnable within 30 days of receipt of the order.
• A credit memo will be issued for qualified returns only.
• Products must be new, unused, and in original condition with product tags and packaging intact.
• Due to the hypoallergenic nature of the products and bedding laws, items that have been used, laundered, or are not in the original packaging are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Therefore, please refrain from using products that are intended for return.
• Any product returned with an odor, fibers or other debris will be considered “used” and not be eligible for return or an exchange.

We can provide a prepaid return label (PPL) with the PPL cost that will be added to your balance.
PPL cost can be provided once we know which items/quantities are being returned.
