Why are some items final sale?

We’re a small company and many of our items are made to order, which means they can’t be restocked or resold once purchased. For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we also cannot accept returns on certain sleep and bedding items.

What items can be refunded?

Pillows are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are unused and in original condition/packaging.

What items are not refundable?

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

• Futons

• Mattresses

• Toppers

• Sheets

• Mattress protectors

What if my order arrives damaged or has a defect?

If your item arrives with shipping damage or a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll help with the next steps.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
