items are returnable within 30 days of receipt. They must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. All returns go through a return inspection once received, this can take up to 5 business days. If the item passes our inspection, a refund for the product amount minus our 20% restock fee will be issued to the card that was used to make the original order. If the item does not pass our inspection process, the customer may request the product be returned to them at their cost.
