Just wanted to give you some positive feedback about Karen. I did meet with her today for a good review and trials of the products your store has to offer. She did a very good job. I am more confident now that I will find something that will result in a significantly better nights sleep. I had gone to the showroom as one of two stops to evaluate different products on the market today. I had done a bit of internet research and was very impressed with Karen's knowledge and overall helpfulness in making sure I had tried several different beds and combinations in the mattress 'build'. In addition, I got more information on mattress pads, pillows and frames. Very helpful, and more than I was expecting.
